There are three levels to early-stage venture growth. In fact, there are three levels to the development of pretty much anything.

Losing track of how many resources you’re investing in can cause serious problems. Investing too much in one and not others can destabilize the entire endeavor.

The three levels are STRATEGIC, OPERATIONAL, and TACTICAL.

It's not possible for a founder to manage every layer of the business, and so at some point, you need to bring in experienced talent that shares the same values but brings additional knowledge and expertise. In my particular case, that is Walker Lutringer.

He joins us as COO to get the huge list of ideas we produce daily out into the market as efficiently as possible.
